Hello Sir. Tackle it like any other challenge in life. There are two key components to keep in mind. First, know you will get better with practice. The first 10 will be horrible. The 100th will be okay. The 500th will probably be pretty good. Second, make the learning curve easy for you. Figure out what it is about female models that makes you shy. Practice on the easy cases first. Work your way through the harder ones. Improvement should be inevitable (but what do I know).
